We are so grateful that you have considered Elegant Blossoms to preserve your flowers in memory of your special day or person. Please fill out this short questionnaire below to book with us! Once this form is submitted, you will receive a message/email within 24 hours or less. It’s important for us to receive your flowers as quickly as possible to ensure the quality of your flowers and final piece. If this is a memorial order, I am happy to work directly with the funeral home and can arrange pickup from the funeral home, burial site, or the family’s home (if local)- depending on what feels most comfortable and works best for your family. A 100$ non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your spot. Payment plan options are available for orders over 400$.

***Flowers for shadowbox (only offered locally) must be received no later than 4 days after wedding/ memorial service.

Flowers for pressed flower frames must be received no later than 3 days after wedding/memorial service.

Flowers for resin molds must be received no later than 6 days after wedding/ memorial service.
